•Execute end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, and other technical roles with a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
•Proactively source and engage talent using outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and creative sourcing strategies.
•Run an efficient hiring process by coordinating searches, maintaining disciplined pipeline management, and communicating clearly.
•Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand needs, refine candidate profiles, and calibrate interviews.
•Continuously improve recruiting using recruiting data, candidate feedback, and market insights while leveraging Ashby and AI-powered tools.

Pay and Benefits
