•Own and help execute global logistics automation strategy roadmap rollout for a business unit, acting as a liaison between logistics operations, IT, and support functions.
•Lead cross-functional logistics 4.0 programs covering scope, time, and budget; direct deployment for warehousing automation.
•Hand off released digital solutions to warehousing operations, including knowledge transfer and user training with 3PL.
•Monitor programs from initiation through delivery: review status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
•Track program savings and report to senior management and finance; ensure compliance with operations quality and safety standards while communicating with stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,000 - 139,000

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
•5–7 years of relevant experience managing logistics 4.0/automation program implementations.
•10+ years of total experience.
•Experience in logistics 4.0, including AMR robotics, VLMs, Control Towers, and AI applied in logistics/warehousing (semiconductor and/or logistics 3PL experience preferred).
•Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, budgeting/resource planning, and knowledge of program management techniques.
