Perform land surveying for properties and sites to support building construction, alterations, valuations, land use, and map making. Analyze and inspect sites to establish property boundaries, determine coordinates, and record survey results (shape, contour, elevation, dimensions). Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions with high accuracy, submit daily/weekly/monthly outputs, and train assistants while ensuring HSE compliance using approved formats and tools like AutoCAD and GPS.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, measure, and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries.
•Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
•Determine longitudes and latitudes of key features and record survey results (shape, contour, elevation, dimensions).
•Submit daily/weekly/monthly survey updates, including coordinates and AutoCAD files, for use by PM/CM/QS and for quantities, cost estimation, and invoicing.
•Train assistants/helpers, supervise land surveyors on site, and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
•Proficiency in land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment to establish boundaries and produce engineering sketches, maps, and drawings.
•Ability to prepare accurate survey reports, coordinates, and legal descriptions with at least 95% accuracy using approved formats.
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills is required.
