Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection for the Professional Services Division, partnering with senior leadership to meet hiring objectives.
  • •Create and execute unique sourcing strategies to find professionals across a variety of roles and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • •Build and manage relationships with leadership teams as a talent partner before, during, and after the recruiting process, including candidate experience ownership.
  • •Partner with HR specialists across global mobility, organizational training and development, HRIS, compensation, and compliance.
