Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage acute and chronic conditions, including remote treatment when suitable and in accordance with TruDoc policies and procedures.
•Compile patient histories, formulate diagnoses, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
•Provide in-home assessments and remotely monitor patients using telemonitoring software.
•Enroll patients in the Chronic Care program and perform complete assessments for those who may benefit.
•Coordinate patient care through appropriate referrals, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain detailed, up-to-date electronic medical records.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
•Hold a valid DHA, DOH, or MOH license.
•Strong communication skills in English and a secondary language.
