Training Officer

Coordinate end-to-end technical and competency-based training for operational staff across HETL Terminals, delivering classroom and field sessions and maintaining training documentation. Develop and update course materials and assessments, plan training schedules, and manage UAE national development programs. Partner with internal stakeholders and external training providers to meet KPIs, provide evidence for audits, generate regular reports, and promote safety culture and IMS compliance, supporting operational excellence.
