Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end resourcing process for Insurance roles, partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers.
  • •Develop and execute clear hiring plans, leveraging multiple sourcing options to fill open roles promptly.
  • •Coordinate screening, interviews (phone/video), and scheduling with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • •Collaborate with employer branding and advertising to attract diverse and quality applicants.
  • •Coordinate offer and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate, attractive offers and smooth onboarding.
