Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on elements of projects within the Site Reliability Engineering area, applying knowledge and best practices to meet quality standards.
  • •Support the implementation and maintenance of high-availability systems to ensure operational stability.
  • •Assist in evaluating operational needs and developing technical solutions under guidance.
  • •Contribute to automation and scripting projects to streamline routine operational tasks.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate system issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Observability: implement observability solutions using scripts and tooling to collect and visualize metrics, logs, and traces for incident detection and continuous service improvement.
  • •Programming and Scripting: write and maintain code and scripts to automate tasks and support monitoring, deployment, and incident response (Python, Go, Bash or similar).
  • •Systems & Network Administration: configure, operate, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix systems and network components with knowledge of networking concepts, protocols and security.
  • •Cloud Computing & Infrastructure: design, deploy, and manage applications and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalability, security, and availability.
  • •DevOps Practices & CI/CD: apply DevOps principles including containerization and orchestration to enable reliable software delivery and operations.
