Job Summary

Own the systems behind the sales organization to help reps learn, operate, and win. Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps on onboarding, content, communications, and training programs. Run monthly enablement sessions, produce a Growth Bulletin, evolve a source-of-truth knowledge base, turn product updates and field feedback into talk tracks, and lead rollout of key launches and process improvements to drive measurable rep performance.

•Manage monthly enablement sessions, refining content and format to improve rep performance.
•Produce the monthly Growth Bulletin by translating cross-functional updates into actionable insights.
•Evolve the knowledge base into an organized, current source of truth usable in day-to-day work.
•Translate product updates and rep feedback into practical talk tracks and resources.
•Lead high-priority initiatives (launches, programs, and new processes) from concept to rollout, using field insights to identify improvement opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 95,000

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales training, or a closely related role.
•Proficiency in Salesforce, including pulling data and translating it into enablement insights.
•Experience with an LMS platform such as WorkRamp, Highspot, Seismic, or comparable.
•Strong working knowledge of AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and program development.
•Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize in a fast-moving environment, and operate with ambiguity.
