Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive USDC adoption across the repo and swap dealer ecosystem by integrating into secured financing, derivatives margining, and dealer balance-sheet workflows.
  • •Lead technical engagement with swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and tri-party agents to run pilots from design through live execution.
  • •Act as a credible counterpart to dealer treasury and funding teams in coordinating execution with internal product and engineering teams.
  • •Partner with legal, compliance, and risk to ensure USDC integrations align with derivatives and market regulations and address regulatory/risk concerns.
  • •Serve as internal expert on repo markets, dealer balance sheets, and derivatives market structure; advise senior leadership on capital, liquidity, and operational benefits.

Salary: USD 212,500 - 272,500

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in traditional capital markets with direct exposure to repo markets, swap dealers, derivatives margining, or collateral management.
  • •Experience working with primary dealers, swap dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, or major market infrastructure providers.
  • •Strong understanding of dealer funding models, balance-sheet constraints, and regulatory capital considerations.
  • •Knowledge of margin frameworks, netting, segregation, rehypothecation, and liquidity requirements.
  • •Proven ability to negotiate and secure high-impact strategic deals with C-level stakeholders, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
