Title Order Specialist

Place and manage title package orders with title vendors, review required documents, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep loan files moving. Update records in Encompass (loan origination software), maintain service levels and turnaround-time standards, and communicate promptly on any issues. Partner with internal teams and external title/escrow companies (and Dytrix) to ensure timely receipt of documents and compliance with regulatory requirements.
