Key Responsibilities

  • •Place title package orders with title vendors and partner with sales and processing when additional information is needed.
  • •Upload and review required title documents (including CPLs, wiring, and closing disclosures) based on SOPs.
  • •Update records in Encompass (LOS) and keep the processing team apprised of progress.
  • •Communicate promptly with loan stakeholders on any issues that arise.
  • •Maintain service level and turn-time standards, including return-call times, return-email times, and task ordering/completion times.

  • •Mortgage and Encompass experience is a plus.
  • •Ability to adapt to changing timelines and processes.
