Job Summary

Help clients navigate complex transformations by delivering Oracle EPM Planning & Strategy (P&S) projects. You’ll leverage Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS/PBCS) expertise to analyze requirements, write functional specifications, test and troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users. Work with the India-based P&S team to implement industry-specific strategies, strengthen annual planning processes, and apply integration and automation tools to drive effective planning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Oracle EPM Planning & Strategy (P&S) projects for clients across industries.
•Analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications for EPM solutions.
•Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support users through problem resolution.
•Use integration tools (FDMEE, Data Management, ODI) and automation (EPM Automate) to enable planning workflows.
•Collaborate with the India-based P&S team to optimize annual planning processes and implement industry-specific strategies.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 to 6 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (preferably PBCS/EPBCS).
•At least 4 to 6 years’ experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and interfacing with business users.
•Knowledge of integration tools including FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
•Experience with automation scripts such as EPM Automate.
•Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView.
