Key Responsibilities

•Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all applicable permits, approvals, regulatory conditions, and reporting obligations, ensuring project activities remain fully compliant.
•Read, interpret, and summarize legal, regulatory, and technical documents, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams.
•Track compliance milestones, submittals, agency correspondence, and deadlines, proactively identifying risks and coordinating mitigation strategies.
•Prepare external-facing briefings and written updates on project status and site-specific details.
•Maintain detailed meeting notes, regulatory commitments logs, and organized project documentation to support audits, inspections, and agency reviews.
