Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of consumer product design experience, including injection molding, sheet metal forming, and sensor/electronics integration.
  • •Experience shipping high-volume consumer products, including manufacturing support in Asia.
  • •Highly proficient with 3D modeling tools such as Solidworks, NX, or Creo.
  • •Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
  • •Root cause analysis and DOE/quality measuring techniques; BSME or equivalent.
