Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop predictive models to support clinical decision-making and healthcare operations, including disease prediction, readmission risk, outcome forecasting, length of stay, and risk stratification.
  • •Integrate, analyze, and govern healthcare datasets across multiple sources, including working with EHR and healthcare information systems and interoperability solutions such as NABIDH.
  • •Create dashboards and data visualizations for executive and operational teams, analyzing operational, financial, insurance, and patient activity data to deliver actionable insights.
  • •Build AI-powered decision support tools and embed data-driven insights into clinical workflows through collaboration with physicians and healthcare leaders.
  • •Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and UAE healthcare data privacy/governance standards and support responsible AI practices and healthcare data ethics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in Data Science.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience with healthcare, clinical, insurance, or health informatics datasets.
  • •Experience building predictive models and machine learning solutions using large, complex datasets.
  • •Advanced Python and/or R, advanced SQL, and experience with ML model development, plus data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Plotly/Dash).
