Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce monthly shift battle rhythm compliance reporting, including coverage, staffing, procedural adherence, and exceptions.
  • •Collect and validate operational performance measures from watch-floor systems, incident records, and reporting products before publication.
  • •Analyze across incident series to identify improvement opportunities and maintain auditability with traceable records.
  • •Support performance metrics dashboards and quarterly performance review reporting for readiness, impact, response effectiveness, and compliance.
