Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in accordance with Brand Values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and customer service.
  • •Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels to customers.
  • •Communicate and manage merchandise opportunities with Store and Assistant Store Manager.
  • •Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise while complying with store policies.
