Job Summary

Provide oversight and support for the operational control environment across designated business practice areas. Identify, articulate, and help address process risks through risk assessments, control testing, and recommendations to strengthen control weaknesses. Partner cross-functionally with Business, Control, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to implement policies, support thematic reviews, and assist with audit remediation programs while building a strong control mindset.

•Advise and assist control leadership on implementing the control framework and ensuring adherence to control processes and best practices.
•Conduct process risk assessments and ensure preventative and detective controls are in place, recommending improvements for control weaknesses.
•Support the risk-based control test plan, identify excessive risks/control issues early, and report findings to control management.
•Support planning and execution of thematic reviews to provide assurance to business leadership on control effectiveness and client servicing deliverables.
•Ensure relevant policies and procedures are in place and compliant with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, and communicate findings and recommendations; support audit remediation programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,700 - 194,900 annually

•Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
