Key Responsibilities

  • •Support seasonal buying activities for outlet stores in alignment with global merchandising strategy and manage order sheets for accuracy.
  • •Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance and provide insights on product performance.
  • •Collaborate with retail and supply chain teams to optimize stock allocation, manage transfers, and support markdowns to improve turnover.
  • •Gather store feedback and work with sales to ensure appropriate product assortment and stock levels across outlets.
  • •Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales and merchandising reports, including sell-through and product performance analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of experience in merchandising within fashion or luxury brands (shoes, bags or accessories preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • •Good command of Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • •Good English communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
