Key Responsibilities

•Win transformative public-sector deals by expanding the organization’s footprint across the U.S., identifying opportunities, and closing state and federal contracts that fund workforce programs.
•Create critical partnerships and find champions by outreaching to government officials and building a network of stakeholders to secure funding.
•Own your region end-to-end by managing sales initiatives and relationships, drafting and reviewing contracts, and tracking legislation to identify opportunities.
•Build the sales machine by establishing CRM sequences, organizing contacts, and documenting scalable processes for future team members.
•Draft and deliver compelling proposals and sales collateral, leveraging AI or contractors to meet client needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in sales, partnerships, public sector engagement, or government affairs.
•Experience closing multi-year, 7-figure contracts with state or federal agencies.
•Strong understanding of state and federal government agencies, their budgetary cycles, and procurement processes.
•Demonstrated experience drafting compelling proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
•Demonstrated experience setting up and operating CRM systems to track interactions and analyze sales performance.
