Contract Risk Manager (M/F/D)

Own contract risk management and drive contract excellence for complex commercial agreements across the deal lifecycle. Negotiate, redline, and administer contracts while identifying and mitigating contractual risks to achieve an optimal risk/reward balance. Coordinate multi-stakeholder engagement, present mitigation strategies to senior leadership, ensure compliance with commercial risk assessment procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, sourcing, manufacturing, product management, and legal.
