Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend customer engagements and support requests for the Saudi Vertical Lift maintenance and sustainment portfolio.
  • •Lead project managers and supporting functions to achieve on-time delivery and first-time quality.
  • •Manage matrix IPT teams and perform program management activities across spare packages, field support, PBL, and modifications/upgrades.
  • •Establish integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures; develop PMBP improvement plans and follow PMBP goals.
  • •Identify scope changes, risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans and implement changes while maintaining schedule, cost, and scope baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience working in Military or industry with Defense Vertical Lift.
  • •5+ years of experience in program management.
  • •5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office product.
  • •Ability to support customer engagements and requests as a primary focal.
  • •Experience developing new strategic contracts and statements of work for sustainment portfolio scope.
