Key Responsibilities

•Audit current finance workflows and design a modern operating model to eliminate slow, manual processes.
•Implement a modern ERP and finance automation stack to support high-velocity API transaction volumes.
•Accelerate month-end close to under five business days within your first year.
•Build self-serve financial reporting dashboards so the CEO and commercial leaders can own their metrics.
•Own UAE compliance and internal controls, including statutory reporting, auditors/banks management, prepaid float management, FX exposure, and multi-currency reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•Run a top-to-bottom audit of current workflows and design a modern target operating model that replaces repetitive manual tasks with intelligent workflows.
•Select, deploy, and embed the right modern ERP and finance automation tools for a high-transaction digital platform.
•Drive budgeting, forecasting, and agile reforecasting, including platform economics models (transaction margins, API revenue contribution, cohort profitability, working capital).
•Ensure accurate statutory reporting in compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, and manage relationships with external auditors and local banks.
•Design robust internal controls focused on prepaid product float management, FX exposure, and multi-currency treasury reconciliation.
