Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns through ongoing support.
  • •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including initial nutrition assessment and meal plan prescription via telehealth.
  • •Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and educate families to address nutrition-related concerns.
  • •Communicate meal plans and nutrition-related directives clearly to the treatment team, presenting as a unified front.
  • •Update treatment plans weekly, reassess nutritional needs, document thoroughly in the electronic medical record, and support discharge planning.
