Provide strategic legal leadership for the Americas region as senior legal partner to regional executives. •Develop and execute the Americas legal strategy aligned to enterprise priorities across business units.
•Serve as senior legal advisor to regional executive leadership, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
•Oversee significant litigation, investigations, and material legal matters; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
•Lead, develop, and coach the regional legal team; allocate resources and drive talent and succession planning.
•Promote efficient, scalable legal service delivery and operational excellence, partnering with Legal Operations and collaborating across the Global Legal Leadership Team.

Salary: USD 285,000 - 425,000 annually

•Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law.

•Experience leading geographically dispersed legal teams.
