Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and COSHH requirements while working per established processes and procedures.
  • •Conduct activities in accordance with company procedures and standard work practices to ensure standardization across the team.
  • •Identify and implement workflow improvements and participate in Tier/Team meetings for collaboration.
  • •Drive resolution as a point of escalation for the team and help prevent, correct, and report unsafe conditions, updating risk assessments as needed.
  • •Manage inventory (including PI checking and COGI management), ensuring coverage during holidays/absences, and maintain SOS documentation and training/skills matrix communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the material handling process and associated quality standards.
  • •Commitment to achieving team objectives and targets with a proactive approach to improvement ideas and programs.
  • •Self-motivated, capable of working independently and using initiative.
  • •Ability to adapt to new working practices and techniques with a flexible approach to support various areas.
  • •(Preferred) Working knowledge of SAP and experience with MS Office.
