Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly close-insights and forecasting rhythm, including variance drivers, for business line financials.
  • •Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including target setting, resource allocation, and performance tracking against business objectives.
  • •Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and narratives to support AFS leadership decision-making.
  • •Manage IRAD budget tracking, including burn, staffing mix, milestone outcomes, and post-gate spend visibility.
  • •Support program execution finance by tracking actuals vs. forecast for key costs/deliverables and providing pricing/proposal modeling support as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • •4+ years experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within a corporate FP&A function.
  • •Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • •Experience supporting program finance, program execution cadence, or defense contracting environments is a plus.
  • •Strong ability to understand and communicate financial performance and variance analysis to stakeholders.
