Location: United States
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HITL test architecture, test plan generation, and execution across major maritime/subsea assets, validating sequencing, sensor/actuator response, and fault modes.
  • •Design, build, and oversee hydrostatic proof, burst, and cyclic pressure testing setups for subsea hardware and pressure-boundary structures while meeting safety and deep submergence qualification requirements.
  • •Integrate test data back into the digital thread (Cameo/MBSE) and collaborate with stress and structural analysis engineers to validate margin calculations, finite element models, and failure-mode predictions.
  • •Drive end-to-end test campaign execution from coupon-level weld/mechanical evaluations through full-scale integrated asset testing, producing test data packages and OQE for customer qualification and acceptance.
  • •Partner with internal facilities and external ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs to scope, schedule, instrument, and execute complex environmental and structural test plans.
