Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship a testing and simulation engine that runs thousands of realistic conversations across voice, chat, and phone.
  • •Build LLM-powered evaluators, metrics, and a closed self-improvement loop that detects failure, reproduces it, generates fixes, tests them, and raises PRs.
  • •Perform applied audio and speech research to model paralinguistic signals and improve evaluation beyond transcripts.
  • •Own real-time voice infrastructure including SIP/WebRTC/WebSockets and STT/TTS pipelines with provider integrations.
  • •Ship end-to-end features across backend, infra, evals, and customer-facing product surfaces.
