Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the communications and change lead for supporting the global People team and related employee programs.
  • •Create and execute internal communications strategies for business/organizational changes, new program launches, and engagement with existing offerings.
  • •Plan, produce, and promote employee-focused content including videos, presentations, internal messages, and events.
  • •Track and measure communications effectiveness for change management strategies and adjust as needed.
  • •Coordinate with leaders across time zones (including daily collaboration with central and west-coast US).

  • •5+ years of experience in internal communications and change management, preferably in a technology company.
