Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and/or submit client account servicing requests, including wires and fund transfers, documentation, and opening/closing accounts.
  • •Handle paying and receiving activities including cash transactions and daily balancing in accordance with WM Lobby Banking Operations policies.
  • •Coordinate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information needed to complete requested activities.
  • •Follow Northern Trust and Wealth Management risk management and compliance guidelines, escalating issues to management.
  • •Maintain knowledge of business applications and Northern Trust products; support safe deposit box maintenance and assist with banking audits.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines is preferred.
  • •Strong client service skills to identify, research, and resolve requests.
