Job Summary

Test, analyze, repair, maintain, and install electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep the facility running. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery using drawings/blueprints/schematics, and work with material handling equipment and facility vehicles. Maintain lighting fixtures and complete required paperwork, while following safety procedures and working across shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Test, analyze, repair, maintain, and install electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
•Perform preventive maintenance on company equipment and keep it operating reliably.
•Troubleshoot and repair machinery/equipment using drawings, blueprints, and schematics; complete required work orders and P.M. paperwork.
•Operate, test, repair, analyze, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors and Crisplant.
•Maintain facility vehicles and lighting fixtures, and perform welding and machine shop tasks and basic construction repairs as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
•Associates degree in mechanical or electrical technology, or 5 years related on-the-job experience (preferred).
•Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions and work with minimal supervision.
•Strong analytical and math skills, including geometry/algebra and statistics.
•Ability to lift about 60 lbs and remain mobile (80 to 100% of the workday) in areas with varying temperatures and at different heights.
