Key Responsibilities

•Be accountable for overall program success by ensuring transformation outcomes and captured financial value, not just technical milestones.
•Maintain business-side program health, surface and resolve risks before they delay go-live, and prevent operating-model gaps.
•Lead a small transformation team (2–3 direct reports) covering program execution and organizational change management, with outcome-level expectations.
•Own operating model and org design work, including workflow/process redesign, accountability mapping, and change adoption outcomes.
•Accelerate ecosystem readiness by preparing Salesforce ecosystem migrations for genuine operational adoption and building repeatable readiness playbooks.

Key Requirements

•Own enterprise-scale operating model and process redesign from diagnosis through implementation to measurable, financial results.
•Direct organizational change management with proven mastery of an OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and hold the function accountable to adoption outcomes.
•Build and defend financial models and business cases for operating model/structural decisions, with CFO-level scrutiny.
•Coordinate complex, cross-functional transformation efforts across technology, finance, operations, and commercial teams in a live environment.
•Demonstrate Workday (financials) and Salesforce platform familiarity for business-side adoption and operating model readiness.
