Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance on retirement plan compliance questions, interpreting regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • •Research regulatory and compliance topics and share findings with compliance leadership and internal colleagues.
  • •Review plan amendments for accuracy and unintended consequences, partnering with relationship management and compliance teams.
  • •Support resolution of operational defects by reviewing correction calculations and authorizing appropriate corrections.
  • •Assist with compliance testing and prepare/present standard compliance reports and support IRS and Department of Labor filings.

  • •ASPPA, CEBS, CRPS, or PRP certification within 1 year (preferred).
