ERISA and Compliance Officer

Serve as a technical resource for qualified retirement plan compliance, helping colleagues and clients interpret ERISA and Department of Labor requirements. Review plan amendments, support corrections and operational defect resolution, and assist with pre-acceptance documentation for new plans. Conduct research on regulatory topics, support compliance testing (including nondiscrimination and average benefit percentage), and prepare compliance reports and help with IRS and DOL filings.
