Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Complete required training, including providing on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, address intermediate-level alarms, and do assigned maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Monitor process data (including SPC) and make decisions per procedures to maintain process control; escalate when conditions require it.
  • •Operate forklift and crane with proper training/certification (when required), manage inventory for the next shift, and support shift-change communications and cross-functional testing.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED; preference for an Associate’s degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience (or substitute experience such as warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection).
  • •Safety-first mindset and ability to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including math skills for applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Teamwork and communication skills; ability to work with computer applications and machine control panels.
