Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and build complex customer solutions for Box, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption of the Box product and platform.
  • •Partner with customers to design solution architectures and strategies, handling in-depth technical questions in meetings and sales calls.
  • •Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements for customer engagements.
  • •Advise on solution approaches such as application design (e.g., custom document vaults), CRM integrations, and migrations of large file volumes into Box.
  • •Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams on pre-sales scoping, repeatable solutions, and GTM execution while forecasting capacity and delivering revenue targets.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
  • •Expertise in architecture/system design for cloud solutions, including REST APIs and JSON.
  • •Experience architecting solutions using Box configurations/APIs along with other SaaS and integration technologies.
  • •Experience with one or more: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
  • •Ability to present detailed technical information to executives and all levels, and translate complex solutions into clear business/technical requirements.
