Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a Program Management team with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Own the cybersecurity program portfolio roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives and standardize program methodologies across the team.
  • •Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, capacity planning, and drive operational efficiency via process standardization and automation.
  • •Provide operational ownership of Product Cybersecurity Risk Management practices and maintain visibility into Eaton product cybersecurity risk posture.
  • •Ensure compliance with Eaton Cybersecurity Standards, drive selected program certifications, and lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement to mitigate risks cost-effectively.

  • •Track record delivering large-scale complex programs on time and within budget, with experience in cybersecurity and enterprise risk management.
