Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve data pipelines that store and analyze service logs in a cloud-based data warehousing system.
  • •Use automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code to improve observability and reliability.
  • •Develop visualizations for stakeholders to understand routing service performance, reliability, failures, and usage patterns from processed logs.
  • •Enhance monitoring systems to collect additional real-time health metrics, improve alerts, and create automated runbooks to take corrective actions.
  • •Partner with software development and technical support teams to improve generated metrics, traces, and logs for better workflows.
