Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses by uncovering needs through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Help clients achieve financial wellness by delivering tailored recommendations, opening personal and business accounts and deposit/lending products, and deepening relationships to meet activity and sales goals. Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners while ensuring compliance, supporting teller-line transactions when needed, and participating in branch huddles and Saturday coverage as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities in person and over the phone, and provide customized recommendations.
•Open and help manage personal and business accounts and related products such as checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving client acquisition through lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to deepen relationships using centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, document client interactions, and support branch/teller operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office: Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
