Key Responsibilities

•Lead a commercial online banking application across enhancements, migrations, upgrades, and new product implementations.
•Manage vendor relationships to meet agreed SLA requirements and plan initiatives covering budget, app support, controls, and access management.
•Lead both run and change activities for the commercial online application and coordinate production releases with partners.
•Drive requirements analysis and lead documentation generation for assigned projects.
•Ensure compliance with IT governance and information security policies and manage risks with mitigation plans during releases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 196,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.
•10+ years of product and IT application management experience for digital/online channels serving commercial clients.
•10-11 years of complex software development experience, with 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
•5-7 years managing teams supporting their assigned business domain.
•Must have working knowledge of cash and treasury management services.
