Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that drive customer experiences.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams by setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Proactively identify improvement opportunities through refactoring, reducing technical debt, and enhancing system performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,400 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
  • •7+ years of coding experience with more than two of Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
  • •3+ years of experience with databases and database management systems.
