Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the named outcomes of the team you join and drive the highest-leverage initiatives end-to-end from diagnosis through adoption.
  • •Build systems, playbooks, and capabilities that compound growth by eliminating drag and turning repeat client situations into systematic capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to align on priorities and investments, turning诊 client needs into strategic insights that shape roadmaps and GTM.
  • •Translate complex client handoffs and integrations into scalable processes and tooling that speed launches and improve client outcomes.
  • •Identify growth levers across client relationships, compliance, and implementation to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually
