Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Primer’s internal developer platform end to end, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, self-service tooling, and ephemeral environments.
  • •Build the human-AI development loop, defining the tooling and automation for engineers to work alongside coding agents.
  • •Instrument and improve developer productivity by measuring delivery slowdowns and shipping fixes based on evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred; GCP considered).
