Job Summary

Provide on-site technical service for Waygate Technologies industrial x-ray and CT systems, including standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X-ray testing equipment. After a rigorous Technical Training Program, you’ll maintain and repair major system components, support customers via phone and onsite service, complete service reporting and invoicing requirements, monitor site safety, and drive customer satisfaction while traveling extensively.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Waygate Technologies industrial x-ray and CT equipment at Waygate and customer locations.
•Maintain, repair, and install industrial x-ray system components and peripheral equipment including X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, and power supplies.
•Provide technical support to customers via phone and onsite service.
•Complete timely standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
•Monitor site safety during work scope execution and ensure service quality from commitment through customer satisfaction.

•Possess a four-year technical degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME).
•Be able to travel up to 70% of the time for work.

•Be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, driving record, and educational background.
