Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software products and solutions at customer locations.
  • •Ensure service execution aligns with customer schedules, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • •Support Site Leads in project execution and maintain accurate installation and commissioning documentation.
  • •Identify issues proactively and take initiative to resolve them to ensure project and service success.
  • •Complete service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Engineering Technology.
  • •Experience using hand tools and working with machinery in a production or industrial environment.
  • •Strong technical and customer service skills with direct client interaction experience.
  • •Basic hands-on experience with networking components (routers, Ethernet cables, switches, etc.).
  • •Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including short-notice assignments during peak seasons.
