Job Summary

Drive data insights and analytics for TikTok Shop’s commerce growth across Europe by analyzing e-commerce operations and business performance. Key Responsibilities

•Lead data analysis for e-commerce operation strategy, including merchant strategy, creator strategy, and business performance reporting.
•Design monitoring systems to reflect changes in business in a timely manner.
•Analyze and explain business fluctuations, providing valuable suggestions through reports.
•Partner with Ops to develop strategy, including identifying potential creators, measuring LTV, and supporting merchant growth strategy.
•Follow up on regional operation team analyses across overseas markets and propose optimization suggestions in coordination with PM, Ops, and R&D.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science.
•At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and/or data science.
•Proficiency in SQL/Hive/Python or R and other relevant languages.
•Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to find best practices.
•Experience working in an analytical role in an e-commerce or similar environment.
