Project Specialist, Safe and Secure Operations Strategy

Execute the Safe and Secure Operations Strategy across Carvana facilities to protect associates and assets. Support standard operating procedures, optimize operations technology, monitor KPIs, and drive improvement through data analysis and tactical solutions. Lead and evaluate pilot deployments of physical security solutions, including post-pilot rollout efforts, while providing client-facing remote and phone support. Troubleshoot issues, manage help desk intake, and document processes, standards, and system knowledge.
