Supervisor, Quality Surveillance & Improvement

Supervise quality surveillance and improvement activities by planning and executing process and product audits based on risk levels. Lead corrective actions for nonconformance, ensure reliable audit findings, and use data analysis and process capability methods to proactively identify issues and root causes. Propose inspection and testing improvements to reduce waste and time, while managing and training the audit team to ensure compliance, competency, and cross-department collaboration.
