Deliver business architecture projects within the Charter Business Architecture Practice by creating client-ready artifacts like capability models, personas, journey maps, and value streams. Support stakeholder interviews and workshops, conduct customer and industry research, and produce clear recommendations. Maintain project documentation and the BA repository while collaborating with delivery teams and Account Managers to inform sales insights and grow the practice. Hybrid or fully remote with some travel within Canada.

•Support and document stakeholder workshops and interviews, translating inputs into actionable outcomes.
•Coordinate customer engagements with project teams, Account Managers, and other practices.
•Build capability models aligned with maturity frameworks and long-term roadmaps, and contribute to BA practice growth through thought leadership and collaboration.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in business architecture roles or consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or IT-related roles.
•Exposure to corporate or public sector environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Hands-on experience mapping, analyzing, and documenting business processes using frameworks such as BPM and TOGAF.
•Ability to undertake relevant certifications (BPM TOGAF Architecture Certified or certification path in 6–9 months); Design Thinking Certificate is an asset.
