Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary intake point for client and advisor operational requests and triage/delegate transfers, withdrawals, and account opening/maintenance to a centralized service team.
  • •Support relationship management by prioritizing client experience and advisor-focused revenue and client acquisition activities within the Truist risk framework.
  • •Support administrative fitness by reviewing reports and ensuring timely updates to book management data (pipelined reports and referrals).
  • •Support sales and retention by scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, and preparing/maintaining client presentation and marketing materials.
  • •Maintain accurate client records and documentation, monitor client transactions and data quality, and respond to client requests within the appropriate level of authority.
